About Microneedling
Microneedling is controlled needle work on the face. I use a device with fine needles to create tiny, precise channels in the skin, which pushes your body to build fresh collagen. I adjust the depth based on what you're actually there for, texture, scarring, pores, overall tone, so it's not a one-setting-fits-all treatment. You'll leave looking flushed, similar to a light sunburn. Most people are back to normal-looking skin in 24 to 48 hours, with makeup fine by day two or three. Plan around that if you have a wedding, a shoot, or a big meeting.
You won't see the real change the next morning. Collagen takes time to build. Most clients notice smoother texture and a brighter, more even surface around the three to four week mark, with continued improvement after that. For scarring or deeper texture work, I usually recommend a series spaced a few weeks apart. I'll tell you honestly at your consultation whether one session will get you where you want to go or whether you need a plan.
Every microneedling appointment is with me, start to finish. No assistant does the pass, no junior tech finishes up while I step out. What to expect.
Consultation with Teresa
You book with me, you meet with me. We look at your skin, talk through goals, and I explain honestly whether microneedling suits you.
Skin Prep and Numbing
On treatment day, I cleanse your skin thoroughly and apply topical numbing cream. We wait until you're comfortable before I start anything.
Microneedling Treatment
I perform the treatment myself, start to finish. Depth is adjusted for each area of your face. Most sessions take around an hour.
Post-Treatment Soothing
I apply calming serums and SPF before you leave. You'll look flushed, similar to a sunburn. I walk you through exactly what to expect.
Recovery at Home
Redness typically settles within a few days. Some light flaking can follow. I give you a simple aftercare routine and my direct contact for questions.
Follow-Up Check-In
I check in to see how your skin is responding. If we planned a series, we book the next session once your skin has fully recovered.

I numb you first, the actual treatment takes about 30-45 minutes, and you'll leave a little pink like a light sunburn for 24-48 hours. It's always me doing the work, never an assistant or junior tech.
I don't post fixed prices because it depends on the area we're treating and whether we're pairing it with anything else, like PRP or a booster serum. The appointment itself runs about 60 to 75 minutes, that includes numbing time, the treatment, and a calming mask after. You'll book directly with me and I do the whole thing start to finish, no handoff to an assistant.
